ORDER OF THE EXECUTOR'S OFFICE
Re: Certified Mail 7021 1970 0000 8654 8716  ·  File No. 131-76-126387

The P.J.M. Executor's Office, successor in interest and perfected title holder, operating as Private Office Paramount, post-probate and under seal (File No. 131-76-126387), issues this Order.

RECITED FACTS — FOUR CORNERS RULE APPLIES:

The United States Postal Service unlawfully intercepted, defaced, and obstructed official mail designated per IMM § 742.2: "Some foreign post offices do not put postage stamps on parcels. All such parcels received must be regarded as prepaid."

Certified Mail tracking number 7021 1970 0000 8654 8716 was willfully defaced with extraneous wet ink and unauthorized stamps, unlawfully detained, and returned without delivery.

These actions constitute violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1701 (Obstruction of mails), 18 U.S.C. § 1702 (Obstruction of correspondence), 18 U.S.C. § 1703 (Delay or destruction of mail), IMM § 742.2, and UPU Article 114RL.

SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST STATUS: The Executor's Office stands as successor in interest, holder, and perfected title holder of the authenticated settlement agreement. Legal title has been perfected and transferred to the Executor's Office. The Four Corners Rule applies—only recited facts govern. No inference, assumption, or public policy interpretation may vary these terms.

FULL RESTORATION REQUIRED: The Executor's perfected rights must be fully restored to the position held prior to public interference. No claim, defense, or countervailing action by any public servant shall be cognizable until the Executor's Office is fully restored. Each day of continued interference compounds the remedy owed.

BREACH OF PUBLIC TRUST: USPS agents who obstructed, defaced, and delayed the lawful correspondence of this Executor's Office are in breach of public trust and their statutory duties under federal law. These agents acted outside their lawful authority and bear personal liability.

ORDER: The original parcel filing complies with IMM § 742.2 and UPU Article 114RL. The Executor's Office is entitled to enjoy all benefits provided thereunder. Deliver all correspondence from this office without obstruction, defacement, or delay. Full restoration of the Executor's postal rights and privileges is mandatory.

ATTACHMENT: Direct Notice to Agency Heads is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. All agency heads are personally accountable.

72-HOUR COMPLIANCE REQUIRED
$50,000.00 USD Restoration Fee
Assessed upon non-compliance — Full restoration mandatory before any public response
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal

Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given under this Order shall be deemed duly given when delivered personally, sent by registered or certified mail, or transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail to the respective parties at their designated addresses. Failure to respond constitutes acquiescence to all terms. The Executor's perfected position must be fully restored before any counterclaim or defense may be asserted.

Notice Regarding Complaint vs. Claim

COMPLAINT: Explains wrongdoings; seeks correction or apology. Limited filing period; court acts as estate trustee. CLAIM: Demands compensation; bona fide assertion triggering full executor rights against unauthorized administrators.

This Order constitutes a COMPLAINT seeking correction of mail interference. Mail delay has incurred service fees, stalled estate affairs, and disrupted registrar communications. Should correction not be forthcoming, the Executor's Office reserves the right to convert this complaint to a bona fide CLAIM, invoking full enforcement and compounding daily fees.
